How our Free Estimates works

Free estimates cover a standard onsite review when the issue is visible and tied to the sprinkler system, and the scope is clear.

A service fee applies if we need to troubleshoot, diagnose a hidden problem, or investigate further 

 including digging to locate lines, valves, or leaks. We will notify you and get your approval before we start any investigation.

A service fee also applies if the fix is small, or if the problem is not the sprinkler system. Examples: the controller was unplugged and plugging it back in solves it, or the tech arrives and the outlet has no power at all. The fee covers the trip and the time to find the issue. If you approve a larger repair, the fee can be applied toward that work.
